Square Foot Show has partnered with CollabPay for fast, easy artist payments via PayPal or direct deposit with Stripe. Setup takes under 2 minutes—follow our video or on-screen steps!

Setting Up Payouts:

When you’re first added as a vendor, you’ll receive an email from Square Foot Show inviting you to join CollabPay. Just click the button at the bottom of the email to initiate the process.

After setting your password, you’ll proceed with the vendor setup on CollabPay. At this stage, there’s no need to confirm product associations; this will be addressed before your next Square Foot Show. Click on the second item to setup your payment method.

If you prefer Paypal, simply enter your email address and confirm. You’re all set! Payments will arrive within five business days of the show’s completion.

For direct deposit, you’ll want to select Stripe. First, choose your country, and click “continue to Stripe.”

If you have an existing Stripe account, use those credentials. If not, setup is quick and easy. First, you’ll enter your email address and phone number.

Next, you’ll be prompted to select the type of business you operate—for example, sole proprietorship or corporation.

Next, you’ll be asked to provide information relevant to the type of organization you selected.

To complete your setup, please enter your direct deposit account information. Rest assured, Square Foot Show and its representatives do not have access to this data. You’re creating a Stripe account, a leading global payment processor known for its robust security measures. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.

Just confirm your details and hit submit—that’s it! Once completed, you’ll receive payments within 5 business days after each Square Foot Show you participate in.
