When will I get paid?

We issue artist payouts within 10 business days (usually much sooner) of the event’s conclusion, subject to payment processor and deposit settlement schedules.

If a payout is delayed because of an issue on your side — for example, incomplete CollabPay setup, a PayPal or Stripe error or account hold, or incorrect tax or banking information — the 10-business-day payout clock does not begin until the issue is resolved. Your shipping obligation remains in full force during any such delay and begins at the time of sale.

NOTE: In our experience, nearly all payment delays trace back to either incomplete CollabPay setup or account issues on the artist’s side with PayPal or Stripe. Completing your CollabPay onboarding promptly after accepting an Event invitation — and confirming your PayPal or Stripe account is in good standing — is the single best thing you can do to ensure a timely payout.
